The Competition

SMART Tool Group – 82 Mclaughlans Road, Wiri,

NZ Purchase any SMART or GUTSTER product from any participating outlets and go into the Draw to win prizes as listed.

The Competition runs from 12.01am on 1 February 2023 to 23.59pm on 30^th April 2023 (Competition Period). 

Directors, employees, agents (and agent's employees, participating outlets) and the immediate families of such persons, are not eligible to enter draws or competitions or to win prizes. "Immediate Family" of a person means the parents, siblings, children and spouse or partner (whether legal or de facto) of that person.

To be eligible for entry, participants must reside in New Zealand and be over 18 years of age. SMART Tool Group reserves the right to require any participant to produce identification and/or proof of age.

HOW TO ENTER:

Option 1: - Upload your Proof of Purchase to go into the Draw to win:

On completion of your purchase

Scan the QR Code on the product and complete the Form that will appear

Upload Photo of the receipt

You have now entered the Draw

Option 2:

Place a copy of your Proof Purchase in the Entry Box provided at the participating outlet – Proof of Purchase must show customers name, email address and contact phone number

THE PRIZES:

The prize is not transferable or convertible for other alternatives and cannot be exchanged for cash.  The actual prize may vary from the description given in these terms and conditions, and from any image of the prize as depicted in any promotional materials associated with this promotion. 

In the event that any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the control of SMART Tool Group, , SMART Tool Group may substitute a prize (or part of the Prize) of equal or greater value. All other expenses and costs incurred in connection with the prize (including, without limitation, servicing and repairs) from the date the prize is received, will be the responsibility of the winner. 
 

1^st Prize 1 x Yamaha WaveRunner with Trailer, 2 x life Jackets and Sea Biscuit with Tow Rope

2^nd Prize: SMART 32-piece TR32D Multi Tool (220/240v) – 10 to be won

3^rd Prize: SMART Hi Viz Shirts – 25 to be won.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION:

To enter the competition via the SMART TOOL GROUP competition, simply scan the QR Code on the merchandise and follow the directions to photograph and upload your photograph of your receipt on the mandatory form and press submit. Alternatively, entrants may also place their Proof of Purchase (Invoice) in the Entry Box provided at place of purchase. Proof of purchase must include email address, contact phone number and location.

The Draw: Winner(s) will be randomly selected by a computer-generated random selection programme. If you are the person selected, SMART Tool Group Zealand will contact you directly. SMART Tool Group New Zealand may also post the name and photo of the prize winner on the SMART Tool Group Facebook page, SMART Tool Group Instagram site and via EDM to the SMART Tool Group database

SMART Tool Group reserves the right to accept or decline any participants.

If SMART Tool Group cannot contact a winner(s) within 48 hours and all reasonable attempts – via phone & email, SMART Tool Group will re-draw that person's place in the competition.

1^st Prize Winner

It will be the responsibility of the Winner of the 1^st Prize to arrange collection of their prize and at their cost.

The winner of the first prize will be responsible for maintenance and service of the prize at from time of delivery to the winner. SMART Tool Group takes no responsibility for any costs, warrantees, service, loss, or damage from the time the winner is presented with their prize

It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange any insurance the winners deem fit or necessary of the

Winners of the 2^nd and 3^rd Prize packages will be informed via email and their prizes will be despatched to them via courier

SMART Tool Group takes no responsibility for loss or damage, either direct or indirect suffered by the winner as part of the Prize.

SMART Tool Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

 To the extent permitted by law, SMART Tool Group takes no responsibility for any failure of any entry to be entered into the promotion due to, including without limitation, any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, any human error, technical malfunction(s), lost/delayed data transmission or omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or failures of any telephone or internet network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction whatsoever. 

To the extent permitted by law, SMART Tool Group, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or the use of any prizes.
